I picked up my 18 Slim Saturday and Chuck went above and beyond to make it happen. I've known who Chuck is for many years and was happy he was the one who answered my email. I had initially wanted another bike but started looking at the used Slim's in stock and he steered me towards the best one. I wasn't planning in bringing the bike home Saturday because I had my daughter with me but Chuck made it happen, he delivered it to my house even though they were closed! The whole process was smooth and Chuck was even running around and playing with my daughter while I was filling out paperwork. Chuck is the man and they don't call him The Dreammaker for nothing!
