Your service team is stellar, Matt Verstrat is awesome!! I purchased a 2016 street glide new, and I am coming up on 25,000 miles. The staff at Wolverine Harley has been one of the highlights of owning my bike. Always make you feel like family. GOLD STAR!!! The only complaint I have is the cost of service, there is no way $120 an hour is appropriate. I manage an Aerospace tooling company, and the guys building satellite and jets are only quoted at $85 an hour. The only reason I have been fateful to Wolverine for all my service since day one is employees like Matt. In the big picture you are you are pricing your market to a very limited clientele.
