I had such an amazing experience last week coming for a tour of the shop. Buff was so friendly and made me feel comfortable at the shop. She let me see everything and explained so much to me in which I was so appreciative. I do not know much about bikes but she took her time and just was great at how she broke things down to me. I will sign up for the endorsement class and then buy a bike from her. I was a little sketchy about riding because I knew so little, but she just gave me the boost of confidence I needed and it did not hurt she let me sit and feel almost every bike in the shop.
