After a recent bike trip, I decided that my 2016 Softail wasn't the right bike for the riding I wanted to do. Buffy liked to say how I was her first and easiest customer. I don't think she'll say that anymore! I came in with a list of what I expected to get a deal done to move to a new Pan America. Buffy, Danimal and the team knocked it out of the park! So happy with my purchase and the experience was top-notch.
