Cheri ran a great class and was very accommodating to a mistake with the three-wheel course. The instructions for the duration are serious and logically delivered with a lot of fun. Along with Adam, they spend a good deal of time with you to make sure you are comfortable and understand the importance of each segment presented. I can not stress enough how much you will learn in her class and, how well it is delivered in a positive manner. Do you want comfort and not to feel belittled or embarrassed?
