Going into the dealer this morning I wasnt planning on walking out with a new bike. Let alone the one I ended up with. I didnt quite know what exactly it was I needed but I knew what I wanted. Chuck was patient, walked me around, gave me the chance to test ride what I thought Id like and quickly was able to use all the takeaways I had from the test ride to fine me the perfect bike. Got to test that one, felt right at home, confident and just so safe. Safe to say Chuck exceeded any expectations. Again. Being attentive, listening and just absolutely dedicated to find the right bike for the riders needs and skills. Thank you!
