After watching first hand how Zach took care of my buddy, Mike with the purchase of his 2024 Street Glide, I knew I would have to come back and see him when the time was right for me to make my purchase. While going back and forth between the purchase of a used '23 Street Glide and a '24 SG, Zach mockingly referred to an earlier conversation we had about how he's a Road Glide guy and would get me into one, I laughed... But then Zach took to heart how I was not quite comfortable with how I was sitting on the Street Glide, and when I mentioned that the handle bars were too far forward for my liking, Zach took the opportunity to have me sit on a Road Glide to just test the difference. Now, I wasn't born yesterday but I jokingly said sure, why not. I sat on the bike stubbornly thinking that it wasn't gonna work out. To my surprise, the Road Glide fit me like a glove and I fell in love with the handle bars, the much lesser amount of weight of the faring not being fixed to the bars, and the overall comfortability of the bike. Zach was smiling ear-to-ear as I used a few choice words with my opinion of his slight of hand. OH, and did I mention? he says. I can get you a way better deal on the Road Glide since they're priced to move. Needless to say I couldn't stop smiling at finding the bike of my dreams. I told Zach to start the process and let's see where we could find an agreement on pricing. Between the efforts of Zach and his counter part, Justin (because the guy is a wizzard), they asked where would be a price they could get me to that I would be comfortable with, and when they heard it, they got to work. An hour later I was signing the paperwork, and sitting in the finance department with Mario completing the purchase to get my new baby home. I cannot express enough the overwhelming joy I felt with how I was treated like a family member while dealing with the team at Wolverine Harley. Ringing that bell was a milestone in my life (IYKYK). Instead of a business interaction, you all made it an experience that I will not soon forget!
