Chuck was my salesman. He took the time to listen to my concerns and helped steer me in the right direction. We shared life experiences and got to know each other. This built trust and camaraderie. He also was to the point and did not want to just sell me a bike. He treated me as family. I gave him some difficult number to meet. He didnt meet that number but beat it.
